3. Booking Process

- choose the rental dates and times
- select the preferred car type
- choose additional options such as no deposit, no credit card, insurance, or a child car seat
- fill in the driver’s contact details
- confirm the booking by making a prepayment of 15% to 20%
After the booking is completed, the customer will receive a voucher by email with instructions and the contact details of the rental company responsible for providing the vehicle.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required prepayment has been successfully processed and a confirmation voucher has been sent to the email address provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking that all booking details are correct, including rental location, return location, vehicle category, selected options, driver details, and contact information.
5. Payments
RosCar Mexico requires a prepayment of 15% to 20% of the total booking amount at the time of reservation. The remaining balance, if applicable, may be payable to the rental provider according to the conditions listed in the booking details and voucher.
Payment terms may vary depending on the selected rental company, vehicle category, rental period, and optional services.
6. Rental Requirements
The main driver must meet the requirements of the selected rental company. These requirements may include a valid driver’s license, minimum driving experience, minimum or maximum age restrictions, identification documents, and any other conditions required by the rental provider.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the rental conditions shown before completing the booking.
7. Optional Services and Extras
Customers may be able to select optional services and extras during the booking process, depending on availability. These may include insurance, child car seat options, additional driver service, delivery to a hotel or city address, and other rental related services.
All optional services are subject to availability and confirmation by the selected rental company.
8. No Deposit and No Credit Card Options

The customer must keep the voucher and present it if required at the time of vehicle pickup or delivery.
12. Role of RosCar Mexico
RosCar Mexico acts as an aggregator and booking platform. We do not own the rental vehicles listed on the website unless explicitly stated. The rental agreement for the vehicle is concluded between the customer and the selected rental provider.
RosCar Mexico is responsible for providing access to offers, facilitating reservations, and sending booking confirmation details. The actual rental service, vehicle condition, pickup procedure, and fulfillment of the rental agreement are the responsibility of the rental provider.
13. Customer Responsibilities
By making a booking through our website, the customer agrees to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- review all booking details before payment
- comply with the terms of the selected rental company
- bring all required documents at the time of pickup or delivery

14. Supplier Terms
